Jobs & Opportunities
Come join the Panethnic Pourovers team! 🥰 Here’s our open positions. This page includes both paid positions and time-committed volunteer positions, so make sure you read the job posting carefully!
General questions about these opportunities or anything job-related can be sent to HR@panethnicpourovers.org.
Note: Panethnic Pourovers follows a non-hierarchal company structure. This means that we don’t have position leveling (i.e. no distinction between “Junior” and “Senior”), all of our part-time employees receive the same base pay, and all of our full-time employees receive the same base pay. We believe that all work that positively contributes to society is good work, and your education and experience should not determine or hinder your ability to afford human necessities. Because of this, our base pay/salary is non-negotiable. However, if you need additional accommodations for an extenuating circumstance, we are happy to find alternate solutions to ensure that you are receiving a benefits package the suits your needs.
