Discrimination, hate speech, racism, sexism, colorism, xenophobia, homophobia, classism, or any other form of discrimination or intolerance is strictly prohibited within our organization. We do not tolerate any behavior or language that demeans, intimidates, offends, or excludes any individual or group. Any member, volunteer, staff, or participant who engages in such behavior or speech will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of membership or employment.

We will promptly and thoroughly investigate any reports of discrimination or harassment and take appropriate corrective action.Panethnic Pourovers Inc. will periodically review and update this policy to ensure that it reflects best practices and legal requirements. This policy shall be posted on our website and distributed to all members, volunteers, staff, and participants of the Organization.
