Calling all Cantonese and Taishanese speakers! Join us for a Chinese language and culture lesson with language instructor Jade Wu.
Born and raised in Guangdong, China, Jade has fostered a lifelong love of learning and teaching languages. She has taught Chinese to students of all ages through her language school Inspirlang. She’s even authored a few textbooks to help you start learning Cantonese, Taishanese, and Mandarin.
During the event, you’ll learn basic phrases to communicate with family members and businesses and the history of Taishanese in America. Plus, enjoy a live reading of her books and have the chance to buy a copy for yourself!
